The location was the only great thing about this place. Everything else should be considered a cautionary tale. We paid condo prices for the confort level of a Motel 6. The first 2 days of our stay, we had no internet, washcloths, towels, or wristbands for access to the pools. The bed was hard as rocks. One sliding door was completely missing a locking latch, and customer service from Vacasa is non-existent. They hung up on me three times in a row, mid-conversation, rather than address my concerns. The room was labeled non-smoking, but that was definitely not the case. We are non-smokers, but upon leaving, all our bags and clothes wreaked from being in that room for a week.

It smelled of mold and cigarettes. it was dirty. No blankets. The third bed tipped sideways in the middle of the night and made my daughter cry. Our bed was very creaky. Unpleasant all around. I would never ever book this again

Blood on the pull out sofa, had to ho buy my daughter a blow uo matress and blankers bc it was so u sanitary, no parking passes left in the room, our late check out wasn't documented so they bust in our unit early, and i cant get any feedback from staff throughout my stay to resolve any issue. Also piled up sand in unit and moldy shower curtain. I would understand the sand but the bloody sheets on the msttress is NOT okay.

was not walking distance to the beach. the balcony view of the parking & dumpsters was not a nice view. tv in the bedroom did not work, MAYBE needs a new remote or just even new batteries.
