One of elevators was down for a week. One of the regular tenants said. It had been awhile since they came to fix it. One of the beds was lumpy and not comfortable. Everything else was ok in the room

The pool was nice

The location and view couldn't be beat with the price. They ended up letting us check in early which was super helpful.

The beds and pillows were super uncomfortable. The trash company woke me up every morning dumping trash (not the company's fault which I understand, just super frustrating at 7am) could have been cleaned better, a wash cloth ended up under the sink and when i went to move it, it was black with dirt and random people's hair. Also the restaurant downstairs was hit or miss. The picture included was the 2nd pizza I recieved after the first one was burnt even worse. They ended up refunding after the 2nd one came out because the kitchen was closed. Glad they refunded but after waiting an hour I had to look elsewhere for food.

Amenities were nice such as restaurant, pool, activities

The unit needs an upgrade with furniture, tv cables, size of tv in common area, a working dishwasher, stained carpet

I liked the pool area of this location as it was nice and big. However, for 4 drinks at the pool bar, it will cost you around $50 with tip. The room was descent and the balcony was huge. No amenities in the room. (Soap, toilet paper, etc.)

They only have us a half of a roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms. Going shopping as soon as you arrive for vacation isn’t fun and is very annoying. When I called the property the lady was a little rude and said after your toilet paper runs out you are on your own. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. Juts one of those cheap pull outs with a real mattress. 🤮.
