I liked that each bedroom had a full bathroom right in it or outside of it. I also liked that the third bedroom had two separate beds in it. The restaurants on both sides were very good.

The price was way too high. The listing states steps from the beach, a customer service rep told me about 100 steps from the beach. It would turn out to be several thousand steps! You can definitely find a place right on the beach cheaper than this. Water runs out the shower doors at the bottom, hinges were torn off the screen doors, screens to the sliders were just sitting there off the tracks, the toilet ran if you didn't jiggle the handle, there was no pillow cases for the extra pillows and the 2 on each bed were horrible quality. The beds in the rooms with just one bed were advertised as kings, but the one in the downstairs was a very uncomfortable queen. And you may as well forget about the gifts of free tickets to places and free dvd rentals because we couldn't ever get our "access card" for those! The listing definitely needs to be changed to be more upfront about the distance to the beach because I wouldn't have booked.
