Booking.com confirmed the reservation with us but did not send our reservation to the hotel . They had no record of it when we arrived but was able to find us the same type suite but with two Queen beds , not a King like we had wanted. Wonderful breakfast each morning and the housekeeping staff, especially Brooke and Josh were amazing and a true asset to the hotel. We for sure plan to stay at this hotel again.

Very nice place! Will definitely be back. We didn’t have to leave the entire trip. The hotel had everything we needed and the food was so good!

The property is located in a super quiet area. It’s very clean and super family friendly.

The elevator was broken two days and some of the fees were hidden.

Breakfast was very good nice variety. Plenty of seating and nice to visit with other folks staying there!

Everything was great from the start of checking in to checking out. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Beds didn’t feel like a queen size, more like a full.

The bed was miserable. It was hard & uncomfortable and resulted in us leaving a day early! The facilities was dirty and not well-maintained, breakfast ending at 9:30 is too early in comparison to other hotels, sofa was dirty in room and smelled foul. Water pressure was ridiculously lacking, sink had a draining issue nearly backing up when my husband shaved, the air conditioner didn’t work in our room and we had to change rooms mid stay which was an inconvenience and challenging. We suffered two days before they even offered this as a solution —even with us having requested air down as low as it could go upon arrival. Absolutely would never return. Long time Marriott frequenter & Marriott dropped the ball on this one!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The view from our balcony was perfect! Breakfast was good. We loved the dessert milkshakes and cinnamon rolls at Whitecaps. The dinner at Beach House Social was good. Loved the Smash burger and the Burrata salad!

The heater wouldn’t shut off in our room. It was extremely hot and the room didn’t look clean. The front desk switched our premium room that had 2 queen beds and a sofa to a room with just 2 queen beds. It was a lot cooler but we were bummed we were still charged the same amount even though we were moved to a smaller room.
