Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean pool and hot tub area with nice rose garden. Huge hot tub. Nice bed, tv, refrigerator and microwave. Good thick walls,.you couldn't hear guests in other rooms nearby which is rare these days. Staff worked daily keeping the place clean and maintained, raking leaves, cleaning the pool area, etc.
Breakfast was disappointing both days. Soda in vending machine had expired last year. Air conditioning had a sour smell and needed a new filter.

It was close to the city
It was very old and tired .The features in rooms were broken.
Lots of drug addicts around the perimeter of the property.

The staff
Terrible area. We didn’t feel safe even behind the gates. There are homeless people who appear to be under the influence of meth/crack who wander the property. There was a man who was yelling at no one in particular who wandered the room area banging on the doors. Also, it seems that there are people who live in the rooms on the property who smoke marijuana which can be smelled very, very distinctly and not just when walking by their room. We also had to switch rooms due to a plumbing issue.
