The staff was VERY unfriendly and not helpful at all. They could not find one of the two of our reservations. They didn't seem to care at all.

I loved being on the 6th floor right next to the restaurant. it was perfect! love this hotel.

very modern feel and clean
one of the managers was unnecessarily rude when I walked up to the counter to ask a question. I was met with hostility before I even opened my mouth to answer a question and was rudely told “I’m on the phone and it’s going to be a while” when I wasn’t even rushing him. I literally hadn’t even asked my question yet. I was going to wait for someone else to come to the counter to help me since he looked obviously busy.

We have stayed here twice and both times enjoyed it so much! The front seat staff is amazing and our rooms were so clean! The roof top restaurant has great views!!
The breakfast is not great and over priced.

the wallpaper was falling down off the wall…. the restaurant/bar was above us and you could hear chairs being moved all night

Went to State Fair for a concert and only stayed one night but thought it was a very nice place to stay and very clean and comfortable.
Parking was the only issue. There was a very small lot in the back. The use of the garage was extra.

Our room did not get serviced on our second day. Also, I inquired about booking a meeting room and decided not to because I thought the $250 charge excessive
