Fit the bill, next to Boston airport making morning flight easy. The room was really nice as were the owners (who helped me translate the arrival notice when tired).
Only thing: the hand soap at the sink dispenser was empty.

Joan’s B&B was a fantastic stay! Hidden gem! Very close to the heart of Boston! Seven minute drive to the ferry, which we were looking forward to riding, but the weather caused it to be suspended. Turns out it was only a five minute drive to the train station, which had plenty of parking, where we easily took the T into downtown Boston. B&B was very comfortable, clean with a beautiful Victorian feel on the inside! Joan was very hospitable, welcoming and provided a nice continental breakfast! She always has fresh coffee at 7 am! She cooked us eggs in the morning! Really enjoyed our stay, I would recommend to anyone! Can’t beat the price and what you get for your money!

It was a short drive from the airport, breakfast was included
No hairdryer , not en-suite, no instructions on how to work air con or fan which coming from a cold country we don’t have those
