The location was perfect--you could walk down to the main streets of La Conner. The breakfasts were amazing. Thank you John and Joan.

The hosts John and Joan are lovely people and went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect. The room was darling and I didn't mind the short stroll down the hall to the clean and private bathroom. And the breakfasts were to die for!!! Would I stay here again? I can't book my next stay soon enough!

Breakfast each morning was delicious, and fun to chat with other customers (and hear interesting info of the food). Bed was comfy -- loved the pillows@

Only complaint is that the railing on the stairs and the sink in the bathroom were a bit small, height-wise. But both were still accessible.

Breakfast was delicious both days and beautifully plated. Beds were very comfortable. Owners Joan and John are very welcoming and made us feel right at home. They were always available if we needed anything but at the same time gave us all the privacy we wanted. The house itself is so charming! I love old houses and was so pleased that it has all the modern amenities for comfort but has kept much of it's original layout and feel of stepping back into time. It was a wonderful relaxing two days of being in a beautiful historic home and feeling totally "at home" in it! We will absolutely return!

Amazing location. Walking distance to the Main Street but far enough away to be quiet and tranquil. Breakfast was great. I love staying at places that feel unique and homelike. I was even able to drop off my suitcase for 3 days before my stay while I went on a camping trip. The town is charming and so is Katy's. Highly recommend staying here.

The breakfast was a culinary delight with a lot of thought and effort given to choosing a savory menu to satisfy the palate of their guests. It was prepared with skill and delight by the owners and served straight from the stove to our table. Location is perfect, maybe 200 feet from the center of town. The owner’s were personable, accommodating and gracious. I would recommend booking directly.

Scones and souffle for breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect, walking distance to the water.
