The staff and the hotel it’s self wonderful. The area wasn’t the best dude to the homeless population and wasn’t the best idea to go out at night but the hotel did have great safety features like codes to even get into the building
We personally didn’t like that there was no dedicate parking or even valet service to make up for that

I love the location it’s 20 minutes from garden district walking and also 20 minutes from the French quarter next door there’s a Wendy and Popeyes they also have laundry service and a communal fridge and a fridge in the rooms

I liked the friendliness of the staff the room size was great as well also super close to the trolley
We had some issue with being able to lock our door when leaving but they did come to fix it towards the end of our stay so I completely understand

Friendly people, was gone for a hr and someone cleaned our room, we just checked in and took shower, fastest anyone ever cleaned our room
We originally got double beds because another couple was coming with us but backed out, good thing they did because we got bunk beds made for children. At 50 plus yrs old with 2 back surgeries these beds are uncomfortable.
