Idyllic Devon Cottage Near Exeter
Apple Tree Cottage è un vecchio ricovero per animali restaurato con cura, trasformato in un cottage con due camere da letto. Situato su un unico livello è composta da una camera matrimoniale e una camera doppia (letti possono essere disposti su richiesta) e un grande bagno familiare a destra della proprietà e una grande area soggiorno aperta con una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie A sinistra dell'edificio. Con bellissimi pavimenti in legno di acero in tutto e una vista incantevole dalla zona giorno alla parte anteriore della proprietà, attraverso il cortile e sulla casa albero / area giochi e frutteto. Apple Tree Cottage dispone di un proprio giardino privato con posti a sedere all'aperto e di un barbecue a carbone Weber, gli ospiti possono anche esplorare il resto dei 15 ettari di terreno con i suoi ruscelli, prati e boschi. Forno a legna, bagno esterno (con due bagni tradizionali in ghisa e doccia) e un sacco di giochi disponibili. Un cane ben educato è ammesso in Apple Tree Cottage per una tassa di 25 sterline. Un secondo cane è considerato per un costo aggiuntivo di £ 25.

Just such a thoughtful accommodation, with rural charm and peace. Perfect for enjoying being right in the country and for a much needed relaxing break. With it's enclosed garden and beyond it was perfect for all of us, including our dog.

The cottage was welcoming, we felt instantly at home. Between the community shop, the farm shop and the Ring of Bells, we had everything we needed. With a high energy Collie and a disabled dog, being able to go straight out into the meadow first thing was a treat. What a meadow, the sweet smell, variety of plants and many butterflies were such a delight. The whole property was very thoughtfully developed with a green ethos. The activity area and games room were great fun. Thanks to Vicky for all the chat and best wishes.

We spent two weeks at the cottage and enjoyed our stay there immensely. From the very start Vicky and Nick were responsive and helpful and always on hand with whatever we needed. The cottage is really lovely. Beautifully maintained and wonderfully well equipped. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The setting is wonderful too. We really were lacking for nothing and would recommend this beautiful cottage without hesitation. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing and so enjoyable.

Nestled in the Devon countryside a gorgeous little retreat. Greeted by lovely host Vicky . Stayed in Apple Tree cottage very comfortable and clean with everything we needed .. had our own garden with bbq and fire pit which was great for our dog to run around in and also the use of the woods and meadow. Vicky arranged for a morning yoga session for me which I did in the meadow it was lovely ... little on site shop where we bought pizza and ice cream. There is an outside bath house tucked away in the woods which is a must do we loved it. We based ourselves here and travelled to Lime Regis and Tintagel so ideal if you want to visit the neighbouring counties as the Devon area. Very peaceful we slept like logs and will definitely be going again !!
