The location is amazing, there is a metro station in the corner, and lots close to it. They offer a complementary breakfast that is perfect.

I liked the location. It’s very close to the subway and other tourist places.

Lots of things: 1. The AC wasn’t functioning properly. It was very cold in the room when I checked in. I tried to put the temp on AC up but nothing worked and it kept blowing freezing cold air. I tried to turn it off but it kept working. 2. The room was clean but since the rooms are old, no matter how hard they try to clean, rooms will look terrible. 3. The blanket was extremely thin. Given the cold temp inside the room, I was freezing at night. 4. Since the floors are not carpeted, providing some hotel slippers could be nice for guests.

El alojamiento como tal esta muy bien, es un edificio viejo como casi todos los de ny, pero en general estaba muy bien, el aseo impecable todos los dias, con todos los detalles de baño.el dominicano que recibe a las personas en recepcion es muy amable y las personas del aseo siempre dispuestas a las necesidades.

Una joven morena en recepción que al momento de hacer el check out, nos trato con desagrado.

Location is good. But be very careful, this hotel will charge you extra for no reason. We were lucky we read reviews before checking out and double checked. They had charged us an extra $350 for no reason. Even though we picked on this upon checking out, and they assured us it was a mistake, they still over-charged our credit card and it took us weeks to finally have it credited back. If you read reviews many people did not get their money back when they were over-charged.

They overcharge you and you may not get your money back. They have done this to many people and you can see many reviews about it. It happened to us as well.

Not even close to 4*. -We froze to death and the heater doesn’t work in any room! It is impossible to pay 2000$ for a hotel where the heating does not work! We moved to 3 rooms after 12 hours flight and when you turned the heater on, besides the fact it does not work( it s freezing), you get an UNBEARABLE noise! -Breakfast…omg, worse of the worse. Croisant, muffin, apple and filter coffee in cardboard platters. Period. If this hotel had 2 stars and costed less( I would not have said anything) but 4 stars and you eat from cardboard? Never!!! -The floor in the room was ALWAYS sticky and dirty. Make the bed daily but never changed the sheets. - A part of the staff …omg. I meet 3 different ladies. Worse of the worse. The first night I went and told her that we are freezing and after a lot of discutions she concluded that it doesn’t work( sent someone to check it and he began to open everyting and to try to fix it in the moment) after I went back and told her we are sooooi tired and simply can not wait for him to repair it at 11 in the night. In the morning I told the second lady that we need invoice on the company and she was like - i can t help take it with booking- I don’t know, I can’t help. The third lady, I asked her to please book a restaurant for me( I couldn t call because of the connection on my cell phone) . She was like…I m just gonna give you the phone and you can do whatever. Book it yourself. There was this guy who oppened the door…maybe you should put him at the reception…at least he smiled. What s wrong with this hotel? The price-offer was NOOOOT OK! This is simply a 2 star hotel!

Un excellent hôtel extrêmement bien situé. Nous avons eu un très bon service également. La chambre était propre même si l’entretien reste à désirer (murs défraichis) mais cela n’a rien changé à notre séjour. Le déjeuner consiste en des croissants, fruits, yogourt, café. Assez de base mais pour nous c’était parfait!

Réparations mineures, peinture. A besoin d’un peu d’amour!

Location is absolutely great, if you'd like to be in the centre, be close to the Times Square or to the Broadway theaters.

The Hotel is like it's near its end. They promise a rooftop bar, laundry possibilities, cocktails in the price, but there's none. Their advertisement is misleading. It promises a lot, then gives a little. For this price it's understandible but honest advertisement would be much more appriciated by me.

The service is good, The shower was clean. In the morning, they offer complimentary coffee and snacks. Great location for us

Bad smell of cigarettes in the lobby and elevators. The room is small. The Ac made a loud noise.

Comfortable, clean, decent breakfast, helpful staff who refilled our coffee for us.

We were told at checkin time (3 pm) that we could not go to our room because they did not have clean sheets!!!! We waited for 2-1/2 hrs after a long walk under extremely hot weather. This is totally unacceptable. Who ever heard of a hotel running out of clean sheets. It just totally made our stay unpleasant
