The location

Where do I begin: the pool and the hot tub were freezing. Like literally freezing. Our room = we heard the elevator all night and all night long, from check in until check out, we couldn’t sleep. The amount of noise from our floor, the family and kids across the hall, were insane. My kids were awake all night and the management did nothing but ask for a good review, when we should have been fully refunded. Not to mention the 3 police officers there all night…

I like that it has so much stuff near by plenty of restaurants & department stores

Property was great, close to lots of activities, restaurants, gas station, Starbucks, and Scheels! Also beautifully decorated for Halloween.

Stairwells and hallways smell like smoke! Cigarette and other… front desk was rude! Did not feel welcomed at all!!

The pool was kinda cloudy and the pool room stunk like a lake. We didn't get to swim much because of this. But the hot tub was good. My kids wanted to swim more but engen they thought it was stinky.
