Pleasant and lovely
Breakfast served to the room

Staff were very friendly and helpful! I was able to get early check-in and late check-out, which was a bonus. The building and the room's industrial chic vibe works well, love the tall ceilings. Tons of space in the room. Nice to have breakfast just silently appear at the door, and the muffin was yummy!
AC/heating unit was very loud, woke me up multiple times throughout the night until I turned it off. Shower gets warm enough but not hot. The shelf in the bathroom was slanted so did not have a surface for toiletries. Wifi was occasionally very weak.

The overall experience was very good.
The breakfast service is way below what could be expected of a hotel of this standard.

Breakfast ok, but cutting a bagel with a plastic knife is not a good way to start the day.
No soap for hands in bathroom; room very dusty; bathroom sliding door did not stay closed; sour smell in refrigerator; with restaurant and most of downtown venues closed there were few options for food.
Young man at desk was superb.
