The staff are delightful. Every single one of them are very friendly and cheerful.

Why do the not put bag liners in the trashcans? The housekeeping staff have to reach into the waste baskets and remove who knows what and wash or wipe out whatever guests have thrown out. Nasty. Put liners in the cans. I have been staying at drury hoitels for 20 years…. But dang this hotel is getting so expensive. Making me think twice about where to stay.

The property was attractive, well kept, and clean. Employees were friendly and took special care to please guests.

I didn’t care for the automatic lights in the bathroom. They went off while I was in the shower. I didn’t realize, until I mentioned this at the front desk, that there was a way to set them to stay on longer.
