The cleanliness, the friendly professionalism of the staff, the good food at breakfast.

We loved getting to hang out and play games in the lobby area. The staff were very nice and helpful to us. We also loved the way the lobby looked. The lobby and outside areas provided everything that we needed.
Our toilet clogged immediately when we first used it.

This is our preferred hotel while traveling. They are consistently clean. The staff is always helpful & pleasant. We have dogs so we know that they are always welcome and bonus that we are never charged extra for them.. Also, the quality breakfast never disappoints.

Clean
First of all the A/C was so loud that we could barely hear the TV even though we had the volume on high, Secondly it made it hard to fall asleep and also they did not enforce a noise curfew. We were traveling and had to listen to kids running up and down the halls until after midnight. We left exhausted the next morning and still had a 10 hour drive. When checking in we asked for a quite room. Very dissapointing!
