I booked the hotel rather last minute for my daughter who was coming into town to see a Broadway show. I mistakenly booked it for the following year!! I spoke with the hotel on the day of, then they called back to clarify the mistake, they were booked solid but were able to put them up anyways, over and above for this nervous mom! I cannot say enough about how kind and accommodating they were to this unique but fraught situation!

Comfortable room everything was clean and well maintained. Loved the murals and colorful lobby. Central location with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and right next to beautiful park. Everything was great - only thing that could have been better was wifi but all in all would highly recommend!
Wifi wasn't great

Location and price
It felt very much like a hostel, not a hotel. The rooms were clean and basic. The staff were okay but not overly friendly. The cat was more friendly.

"Hotel molto particolare e carino. Stanza non troppo grande, ma aveva tutto quello che serviva. Posizione perfetta per girare New York a piedi oppure in metro visto che c’è una fermata a pochi minuti."
