There had been a leak on the floor above us and because of it there was a hole in the ceiling and stains too. The innkeeper explained this to us and said this was not their standard.

Room was immaculate, organized, and comfortable. Check-in was efficient and pleasant. I'd stay here again, anytime. The owner took great care of his property.

The motel, surrounding property and neighborhood were all convenient and pleasant. The room was clean, in good repair, very comfortable bed and had no bad odors or stains. The resident cats were friendly. The owners were present daily and kept a lovely lobby. The building was attractive, well-kept and central to the town's attractions.

I knew every time we left during the day, we would come back and it would be perfectly cleaned.

It was very quiet and peaceful. The owners are some of the most kind and caring people you could ask for while being on a trip.

Room was very clean and nice sized. Staff was very friendly. Not much environmental noise. Gazebo and flowers were nice. Everything was kept up and freshly painted. Nice outdoor facilities to sit outside.

Heat seemed inconsistent and one night, it was too warm all night. I couldn't figure out where the heat was coming from. I never heard the window unit come on. The last day was warm, so it could've been just the warmth of outside coming through and I should've turned on the fan or AC. Room was a little noisy from the traffic above. Bathroom could use another hook and towel bar.

This charming property located in the beautiful hills of Eureka Springs. Close to many shops, downtown, and plenty of lovely places to visit in nature. The owners of this inn are absolute gems! They gave us a map of the town, recommendations on places to visit and eat, and a general rundown of how to make the best of our visit. The property is also host to a beautiful gazebo which is lit up at night and a fire pit in the back that was available for use. We were able to watch deer and other wildlife from the back window of our room. They advertise the rooms as being “Swiss Clean” and they meant it! The beds we’re comfortable, the room and bathroom were spotless. We had a wonderful time and will stay here in the future during our visits.

I have not one thing I could complain about.

The property was very cute, well maintained, and soooo clean!! The bath towels were more fluffy than most chain hotels I’ve stayed at.

we’ve stayed at all kinda of lodging around the world, and have never been in such an immaculate place! No exaggeration, these guys are OCD about cleaning cleanliness!

we like everything, but next time, would prefer to be on an upper floor.
