Grace and I believe her name was earin she work evening at front desk young girl but they were so helpful and nice they need to have a pat on the back for going out of their way to help us some time just being told helps by the way you have some of the best people working for you one of the friendiest staff all around they all should get a pat on the back never wrote anything before but I think you should know what a good staff you have

the comfort was excellent, the breakfast was great, the staff was friendly with the exception of checking in, I was unexpectedly charged $20.00 per night; and then during checkout, I was told that I should have never been charged an additional fee that my third party booking.com will bill me and give me a receipt.
I was surprised when the receptionist said that there was a $20.00 daily fee using my charge card for the transaction.
