I liked the fact they did have a pool l.
The bed did not have a headboard in the room the room was very small for all the money it cost to stay.

I found the hotel and slept there.
Check in was not good, gave me the wrong room number written down and verbally. Corrected when I couldn't get in and returned to desk.
Fan in bathroom was broken.
Hallway loud with people. Lobby loud with people. Just a loud place.
Room noisy due to kinda busy road and the above mentioned people constantly having very loud conversations in the hall and lobby.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was nice and very helpful. I come to the DC area often and it’s one of the better places to stay as far as cleanliness and safety goes. We stayed multiple nights and there was daily housekeeping which was nice. The location is about a 35-45 minute drive into DC depending on traffic.
The doors were heavy and impossible to close softly; therefore, we were awakened multiple times by the neighbors doors slamming. All night. The price was too high in my opinion. And apparently someone was smoking in their room because the hallway to our room smelled like smoke the entire time we were there.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was OK, but with a relatively limited variety.
The price is a bit too high for such a hotel.

I loved the free breakfast, the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub area and the staff.
I would have loved if they left the coffee out longer than just for breakfast time. Maybe a hour longer, this would have been better.

The hotel was easily accessible and had ample parking. The beds were comfortable and the room size was sufficient. The TV reception was clear and was of good size. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The hotel lobby and breakfast area were pleasant in appearance. The hotel staff communicated well concerning times and access points. The beds were comfortable and good sized.
The breakfast here was the worst I've had in a long time. Everything was either store-bought or in small plastic baggies. The breakfast sandwiches were steamed in their bags and were soggy. There was no freshly made food.

We love the room it was very comfortable for the four of us even the pullout bed slept well. We all said we would stay here again. Free parking and breakfast is why we chose this location and we were happy we did🖕❤️💯
The only thing that put a damper on our stay was the RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL😀
