Close to the beach and lots of room.
There was no hot water, absolutely disgusting, broken beds, smelled, and 1 air conditioner didn't work. All of this with 6 kids.

So close to the boardwalk. Great location!
A little upgrading but, nothing bad about the property now.

The owner allowed early check in and late check out. Roomy house. Did the basic need for an overnighter to sleep in. Very good location. Close to everything. Good air conditioning. Parking.
House in general has not been kept up. I was told during booking they can provide pots & pans but that was not the case. There’s a leak from bathroom on second floor to the dining room below. The furnitures, sofas and chairs, are old and dirty. The beds are okay. The overall condition of the house is something you’d like to fix and rehab.
