I loved the decorations and the ability to close off a section of the room (bed and main area) via a curtain. It made the simple room extravagant and spacious in a very simple way. Loved the decorations as well. Bike rentals was also super simple and free which made exploring the area super simple.
Upon first entering, it smelled like fresh paint. The smell quickly disappeared after leaving windows open so it was a simple fix.

The staff was always excellent, always friendly and responsive. We also really appreciated the shuttle car service. The location was perfect for walking to everywhere you wanted to go; beach, ferry, and local restaurants.
Some hotel room features were a little worn; doors were sticky, sometimes the room smelled musty, and the tile under the daybed was cracked. We were not expecting luxury, we were expecting comfortable. The rooms were comfortable enough.

This is a great place to stay while in Woods Hole, no negatives really.

There was no breakfast
Valet driver was great
Close to ferry
Shower floor and walls were extremely slippery- I had to put down a towel
There were no bars in shower.
All of my windows were not locked
and they had no screens
Door could only be locked from inside
