It was well appointed and very clean.

One side of the bed was too close to the wall for easy access. Could be remedied by getting a smaller sofa.

Sound isolation is not very good.

Host Lily was very friendly and detail oriented. She introduced us the city’s attractions and the best restaurants to go to meet our desire for this city. Room is super clean, spacious, and with ocean view. We watched sunrise and sunset at balcony, even though I could watch them in our bed.

The location and view were beautiful. The accommodations were clean & comfortable. The hostess was welcoming. When the host returned from work on the weekend, he too was very pleasant. Our room was cleaned up every day.

It does say that it's a bed & breakfast. Breakfast was tea or coffee and some cookies. It would have been nice to have some cereal or oatmeal or even some toast. There was toast on the first morning but we were there for 5 nights.

The B & B was very attractive and the hosts most helpful and accommodating. The bedroom was spacious and the bed and linens very comfortable. As a former B & B operator myself, I have a few small suggestions for the bedroom: - it would be nice to have an end table with lamp both beside the bed and beside the couch...I made do by sliding the table and lamp back and forth between the bed and the couch depending on where I was reading. The dining/writing table also would benefit from a lamp. Great to have a guest fridge and facilities for tea, coffee, toast. Stunning view.

Arriving on that steep hill in a snowstorm! Not something the hosts can control of course, and they did everything they good to make sure I could get my car out in the morning.

The bedroom was fine - it had its own bathroom. We were woken up by household noises

You needed to go through the owners private space to enter your room. The shared space between the other users (which luckily there were none) is subject to the household noise, which were considerable - loud cooking noises, TV and snoring. A door separating the uses would help a lot to give more privacy. Because it was someone's private house, you never felt at ease to come and go without disturbing the household. When booking, we look to avoid places without our own entrance, but the description never mentioned this. We felt incredibly disappointed in this place as the description was deceiving. The shared room is large, but had there been additional guests, there would have been issues, especially as there was only one TV and even in your own private room, you would hear it.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. She was very concerned about our comfort and needs. She introduced us to the other couple who also stayed at the location. Along with the other couple, we were on one floor with all amenities and beautiful view which could be enjoyed on the patio. First time we had booked a vacation room and will likely do so again.

This place is not as it seems. Its location is in a suburban street. No signs. We thought Google Maps had it wrong. Its more B&B style - shared with other guests. Room was small and stuffy. You are staying in someone's private home. No security lock on bedroom door. In saying all of the above- the host was friendly and welcoming.

Lily, our Hostess was very hospitable. Great views across the Strait. Facilities were very clean, like new.

The room was clean and nice. The hosts also were nice. There is a beautiful shared balcony to a beautiful view.

The place was hard to find, since it's a home and is not marked in any way. The room is apart of their house, getting to the room requires passing on the living room. The room can be locked from the inside however, if you want to lock from the outside only the hostes can open the door. In addition, the Ac is not controlled in the room. A very loud noise can be heard when water are used in the upper floor. The TV is only in the shared space.

The view is amazing! It is well appointed. The mattresses could be better but they weren’t terrible. This is a residential neighborhood, but an amazing space for a party in need of two bedrooms. Otherwise, it’s a shared bathroom and kitchen, which might’ve been awkward not knowing the person you’re sharing with. I was lucky because no one was there so I was able to have the place to myself!

The mattresses were thin. Fortunately I like a firm mattress so it’s no problem.

Had we stayed the view could have been beautiful.

We booked a luxury queen room with private bathroom, kitchen and seating area. We found a small dark room with window facing onto brick wall, a bathroom in a shared lounge area, no locks to door and no sign of any luxury at all. A fridge with catering packs of jam, butter and bread. A cold welcome. A distance from any restaurants worth considering. A hugely deceptive description and false representation of the facts.
