Cute cabin in the tree's

Unfortunately they never showed up with the sheet's for the extra bed. When we got in it was midnight and unfortunately had to sleep in same bed because accomodations weren't as described in reservation's. When called to get sheets was told we were supposed to order sheets for bunk beds. Why wouldn't they just put sheets on all bed's. Can understand that fold away couch bed not having sheet's, but a cabin with extra room was ordered because there were more than one person. They never brought sheets to cabin the entire weekend.

we loved it. we loved location, the cabin, the site. the only problem was, when we came in the evening, ranger was not there, though it was not after hours. it took us 40 minutes to wait.

Everything, didn’t even stay. Check in was at 4 pm told us cottage wouldn’t be ready until 7 pm. Ranger was rude, and after he said tried to contact manger he locked up and left. We waited until just after 430, I called number for ranger and got voice mail, left a message saying we weren’t staying there, we needed a place to get settled and figure out dinner (since we didn’t have cabin to cook in). Ranger called back just before 5 saying cabin was now ready, told him, like I said in voice mail, we were gone and already finding another place to stay. I paid in advance for the cabin and now am out the cost of the cabin and a new place stay. Do not stay here, not worth the savings. They did not hold up there end of reservations and I should be getting my money back!

. The location is good. The cabin was nice.

When asked for wifi code I was told they didn't work in most cabins and said I could call the provider and take it up with them. No one to check us in. Those I found said it wasn't there job to check people in. The most unorganized location I've stayed at. Not like the other locations.

Let’s see the cabin was pretty cool except the pillows were hard as rock and there’s only two there should be four pillows two for each person and maybe down or something but those pillars are so bad we could barely sleep the couch was fair not very comfortable in the living room and the TVs work sporadically that’s cool little cabin

The little cabin is beautiful and clean and had all the pots, pans, cups etc. The staff was VERY nice and helpful and responsive to our needs/ problems. There were nice group firepits available for use. The stars at night were AMAZING. ( from the top of the campground when you get out of the trees) Tubing from the bridge to the resort beach was fun but at times it felt like an adventure thru the amazon river! (NOT a great idea for small children)

Cabin 78 has no place to put a tent, There are no firepits at your campsite. Our BBQ did not work well and it took forever to cook our chicken. All the other cabins have nicer spots with more room. ( or the neighbors were taking all of our space???) Our table was on our driveway leaving minimal room for cars. The trailers are packed in pretty tight, it would be nice each spot got more space.
