Beautiful view and floor to ceiling windows

One of the sofa pull outs was broken.

Did not receive any breakfast. If there was a breakfast included no one shared that with us. The only thing that met my expectations was the view and it was great. Was disappointed in facility for being a Penthouse. Would not come back. Will leave that to others who hopefully will enjoy it more.

Was disappointed in the rooms. Not updated. Decor not pleasant to the eye. Was very disappointed in the cleaning fees. Felt like these should have been figured into the nightly fee. Way too high for a night stay. Have stayed in like properties with view , kitchen, two bedrooms for far better value for my dollar. Will continue to book those sites in future.

There was no connection for the smaller bedroom lamps. We had to get service to come and connect one for us. The floors were dirty. Some old toys and misc. pcs of garbage were under beds and in corners. Several of the dishes seemed greasy and we had to rewash several plates and the glasses. Too bad there was no discount for the pool/sauna not being available. That is a true highlight of any place we stay with our kiddos and they were truly disappointed.

The view. The chairs at the lower table were comfortable. It was big enough for both of my kids to come. It was in a good location.

The entrance needs to have a sign of where to go. We ended up going down the dead end road beside the entrance with our big truck. I saw several other people do the same thing. The pillows were like cardboard. Our fireplace started beeping and they had to shut the breaker off. We did not get to enjoy the fireplace for almost two day. There was food on one of the chairs. The binoculars were sticky. The floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. I asked for more blankets and there were several pubic hairs on them. One of the hide-a-beds were broken and I was not informed. I had to take the pillows off to see the sign on the bed.
