The breakfast bar was nice, however, I am a very healthy eater and couldn't really find much that works for me.
They forgot to clean our room.

I reached out to the staff several times due to scheduling, a credit card that had changed expiration dates since booking my travel, and to see if we could leave extra bags.... they were ALWAYS super helpful and friendly! It was like a family run home... each person made sure that I had what I needed and each of them followed through. I'd recommend this hotel for anything! It is quiet at night, centrally located, very nice and has air conditioning. Quite comfortable, and a nice room.

Hotel Ouray is in a perfect location for walking to all the shops and restaurants. It’s located in a beautiful old building with lots of character. The little local soaps provided and the fresh muffins were a nice touch.
The walls were a little thin and it was one of the pricier options this night in Ouray.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Our rooms were comfortable, they have a nice continental breakfast and are centrally located.

quaint character property in the heart of the town. really clean, lovely staff and a good breakfast. we had one of the smaller rooms, but it was perfect for our needs.

This historic building has been updated beautifully.

Nice place with a cool history. Our room didn't have a window and was very small. No bottles of water on the property or market at the front desk if you need anything. The hotel staff is gone by 9pm. It is a fun, boutique hotel but left a few things to be desired.
No staff after 9, and no marketplace to buy items (Tylenol, water, snack, etc.)

Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the front desk staff, she was knowledgeable and very accomodating. Also liked the community room for coffee and lite bites in the morning. Parking was a breeze.
The only thing I can say is the ceiling fan in our room did not work.

Perfect in every way..location, staff, room, comfort, quiet. Even had a nice Continental breakfast which I didn't see mentioned on the website. Only slight problem was no cold water pressure which they are aware of.

Great staff, waited for us when we arrived late. A very homely feeling and a good shared kitchen with a few options for a basic breakfast.
Perhaps offer more opitons for breakfast, like cheese or ideally hot items. The price is relatively high.
