Location
1. Washer didn’t work. Maintenance came to look. Confirmed it didn’t work. Said he couldn’t fix it. No one ever came back. We were there 5 days. A beech vacation with kids and no washer was not what I signed up for. This alone would have been a deal breaker had I known. 2. No curtain in bedroom. Bedroom wall was an outside wall with the hallway on opposite side. It was daylight in the room all night due to the light just outside the window. You can tell a curtain WAS there (it’s in the pictures advertised) but it had been broken off by a previous guest and not replaced. This also would have been a deal breaker had I known. 3. Couldn’t use extra shower due to curtain being way too short. Maintenance also came to bring new curtain. Guy who arrived immediately took a look and said the replacement he had was also not long enough. Said he’d return with a longer one. We never heard from him again. We were there 5 days. Daughter took shower in it on first night (not realizing curtain was two inches above tub)… water went everywhere… we used towels to clean up mess… that’s how we discovered washer didn’t work when I went to wash all the towels. Couldn’t use this shower the rest of the trip. Also couldn’t wash towels 4. Toilet paper dispenser broken. Not a deal breaker, obviously, we just put TP on the sink… it just made the place look not maintained 5. Closet door handle broken. Same as #4. Not deal breaker, just another indication of not being maintained 6. Dishwasher utensil rack broken (I rigged this back together) and dishes from previous guest still in dishwasher when we arrived 7. Hairdryer pulled off wall by previous guest and not replaced. Had to lay whole unit in sink, with nails sticking out the back to use hairdryer 8. Balcony sticky with big spills from precious guest. Had to wash off with water so we could enjoy balcony without our flip flops sticking to floor. This condo had the potential to be very nice if maintained properly.

OK but better than being stuck at home
The beach front location was great. I'm glad that the pool was heated due to the unseasonably cool weather for this time of year and the fact that the pool only had sun about half the day. This unit had an outdoor grill on the balcony that made grilling convenient. Checking in was fast and staff was very friendly.
The unit was smaller than expected. There was no space for a dining table and not enough space and seating at the bar to accommodate my family of 5 during meal times. The water pressure was low and the toilets were very low and could use an update.
