The view was awesome, and the proximity to the beach was nice too. Beds were comfortable and Jacuzzi tub was relaxing.
The refrigerator quit working, which resulted in our perishable foods not staying cold....two (the large) burners on the stove did not work either.

Carpet stains,... windows wouldn’t open..vents very dirty... we have stayed in many places the value not equal to price...piece of firewood under couch to support it!

The views and access to the beach are phenomenal. The house was comfortable and had a nice game room.
There is no AC and it was hot at arrival. I would be fine if windows could be opened, most didn’t open and the the few that did didn’t have screens. A screen at least on the sliding door to patio would have been helpful.

Great location. Great view and beach access.
Beds are uncomfortable. Stove needs to be repaired as a couple of the burners didn't work well.
