Good parking, spacious clean room and bathroom with a good sized step in shower.
Member of staff on reception for checkin was very welcoming and helpful, gave us all the information we needed. Both luggage carts were missing from reception, she made a good attempt to track one down but unsuccessful.
Likewise the member of staff on reception the following morning. He tracked down a luggage cart and brought it to our room.
Breakfast bread products - bagels and English muffins were on the stale side and disappointing.

The breakfast was as expected and decent.
The price was expensive for the hotel facilities.
8 / 10Eccellente·lug 2026
Rooms good and clean.
Location good, convenient.
Breakfast - Too basic, dry breakfast.
Expect something more, as in other hotels around the world.

I liked bed and pillows
We were asked to take the luggages up ourselves
The sink was not draining the water
There was no kettle in the room
No shampoo in the shampoo jar
No teabag only coffee
I asked them to clean the room and after long tiring day I came back to see my room was not cleaned.
