Nice had higher expectations than we got

Nice, easy, convenient

Great view, clean, nice pool and outdoor area, great deck.

The mattress on the sleeper sofa was very thin and extremely uncomfortable.

Wonderful experience! 10/10!

The location was beautiful! No matter what room you were in, you could easily see the lake from outside. It was quiet, relaxing, clean and the bed was super comfy. We also enjoyed our time in the saltwater pool overlooking the lake! We wanted to note and give a special thank you for when we got a flat tire... The owners were so kind to help us change our spare in the morning, then recommended a local tire shop for the rest of the repair. The little inconvenience in our trip felt very low-stress thanks to the help we received! :)

I don't really have any complaints. We were highly satisfied with our stay!

Wonderful experience

The owner was very friendly! The room was very clean. Although it was too cold to swim the pool looked very clean. The lake was beautiful. He allowed us to check in early. I really don't have any complaints about this place. I would definitely stay here again! Oh, and the dogs that were roaming around the property were an added bonus! 😊

Very disappointed

No breakfast, nice view of water

Shower, built for Little People, very old cabin in need of up dates, no bathroom privacy, no heat in shower or toilet, had two chairs but no table to eat on. Had two queen beds, but not much other space air space around the front door

Magnificent location

The location is simply spectacular. The room was super clean with all we needed, including microwave oven and fridge. A heated pool outside in the midst of magnificent view of the lake and the surrounding. We were supposed to take our old dog too, but unfortunately, he passed away last month. However, we were greeted by Max, one of the friendly dogs living there and he kept us good company.

Nothing. If I needed to pick one thing, I guess the TV remote wasn't working... not that we needed to watch TV.

Really nice holiday and first time stay in New Hampshire. Recommend for families as a place to stay.

Beautiful views. Really nice outdoor swimming pool. Excellent spots for reading. Very nice staff and helpful in giving tips on local attractions. The biggest attraction were those views!

We knew that breakfast wasn't included, but to have the option would have been nice.

It was just the get-a-way we needed!

The view can’t be beat. The location is perfectly located to enjoy what the area has to offer and you’re able to get away & enjoy a quiet location too. The pool is so nice and everything is well kept and clean.

FYI- Check out time is 10am & not 11am as listed on my Booking reservation confirmation.

Stay at Grand View, you won't be disappointed.

The cleanness. No strange smells.

Clover and Kirk are the best! Great location, beautiful views. The Grand View is exceptionally clean. Would recommend highly!
