furnishings were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked

The front door was EXTREMELY difficult to unlock. The lock itself was broken and should be replaced. It took us 15 minutes after returning from dinner which was very frustrating.

I liked the location very accessible and near the downtown , also good with parking even late at night .

The property wasn’t clean , bed had stains on it and we found trash in the loft area from previous guests . The place also had a strange smell , didn’t smell like it had just been cleaned more like garbage had been left out for a period of time. Overall I would not choose to stay here again .

Nothing it was poorly managed. Communication was bad.

They messed up with our booking and then forced us out!!

Loved the location to mountain/ gondola/ downtown. Great view!

Beds were pretty uncomfortable.

The Wi-Fi box felt like it was on fire and it was hard to connect to it we had to disconnect the wire and then re-put it in and we had contacted the management team to have them have maintenance come and they never got back to us.The water was shut off the first morning we were there because there was a leak somewhere else in the building but the only way we found out what was going on was there was a note stuck on the door to the hallway.there was supposed to be hot tubs and there were two hot tubs there that were full of dirt and no water very disappointing.
