We were not able to access the Shark on Monday afternoon because of limits of guests, then Tuesday and Wednesday Wednesday because it was closed because of staffing and then on Thursday and Friday because of Covid. Local restaurant and grocery stores were a problem long waits

The front door key did not work , we had to keep putting in the combination on door

It was 97 degrees when we arrived,(not unusual for SunRiver) and NO A/C. Unable to sleep that night. We've stayed in SR many times in the summer and we know how to get fans working in late afternoon to cool down a unit but this place is in extreme need of a/c. The only tv is in the smallest bedroom, is is only 100 yards from the railroad tracks which are used all hours of day/night. We have crossed this unit off future stays
