Great Location, Clean and plenty of towels. Like the hardwood floors, sink and counter top space.
Air Conditioning was loud and dirty. Needed cleaned.
Pillows were too hard. Need to have a few soft pillows along with hard.

I enjoyed the location of the property to the amenities. It was easily within walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops.

The staff were very friendly. The property was very well taken care of. Plenty of outside areas to relax and enjoy. Rooms were very clean. Cleanest rooms I’ve seen at a hotel/motel in a very long time. I so enjoyed my visit!

The staff person at the desk was excellent. The room was also excellent.
The causeway to Chincoteague was closed due to a storm, so I couldn't leave the island to continue on my journey to Norfolk (my ultimate destination). When a window of opportunity opened to get out of Chincoteague, I couldn't be sure I could get back in until the next low tide (4am), so I had to abandon my plans to stay a second night. Therefore I lost half of the value of my stay.
