The stay was terrific. Excellent clean comfortable room. Very friendly helpful staff.?The bds so comfortable and linens smelled so clean and good.

Only problem was the low toilet. Really should update them.

Beautiful pool with a lot of sitting area around it and it was lighted nicely at dark to allow for evening swimming. We also enjoyed the outdoor sitting area that included five grills, a screened in building with a stove, lots of seats and fridge along with another sitting area along side the pool area.

The owner is way overworked and therefore a little grumpy but you can put that aside. I’d probably be grumpy too because of lack of staffing. The overall stay was very pleasant. I’ll stay there every time I go to Chincoteague.

The rooms were extremely clean! Quiet location. Pleasant surroundings. Pool was well kept. Staff very nice!

Location was great. Was off the main road so there was no traffic noise. Hotel accommodated my request for a 1st floor room. Pool was nice as was the outdoor summer kitchen.

AC was a little noisy and cycled on and off a lot. Ice machines were out of ice most of the time.

As indicated in numerous reviews, the property, in general, and my room in particular were exceptionally clean and fresh looking. I chose Sea Shell in large part because of those reviews and I was not disappointed. Because the motel is located in a generally residential neighborhood and away from the noise of the main drag, it was a very quiet location. I will stay there on my next trip for sure.

Pull out couch was the most uncomfortable one ive ever been on. I chose to sleep on the floor using th couch pillows instead. Our ac stopped working one night and our hair dryer wasn't working but there was Noone in the office despite hours saying otherwise

The location was quiet and the room was clean. The sheets were nice and the bed was comfortable.

Tv was not working at first. Someone came to fix it. There was a coffee pot but no in room coffee service as advertised.It would be nice if the motel would offer something for breakfast, even if only pastries and coffee.
