The property is beautiful. Very engaging and child centered.
We booked four rooms under one reservation. Two of the rooms were not ready at 4. (We’d checked in at 9 a.m. and were assigned rooms at that time, so for 7 hours they knew those rooms needed to be ready) At 4:30 another room was ready with the last room not ready until 5.

The decoration and so much activates for the kids. The comp breakfast buffet was great for being comp. The text assistant was definitely my fav! The wizzard text I can not rave enough about and how helpful they were.
All was so amazing nothing bad about this stay!

Location, Lego theming.
Customer service, both pool and restaurant were closed. Lack of communication.
