The location is excellent. It’s very close to everything. It’s on a canal so you see many boats coming through. The pool area was nice because you could have full sun all afternoon or you can sit in the shade.

The furniture is older and not very comfortable. The beach chairs in the garage for the beach are rusted and they are in very bad condition. I asked about them before we came down & they said they were replaced but they were not.

The location was wonderful. The house was clean & bright. The pool was warm & lovely. We enjoyed sitting by the pool & watching the boats go by.

Fluorescent lighting in the kitchen but it’s hardly a deal breaker.
