In our agreement, I was warned about keeping the place clean and taking care of the place, but the living room furniture seems worn out and the arm chairs were quite dirty. There were a few spots on walls and floor. Worst of all, I was told by customer service agent at booking.com marketed it as a 4/3 when it was actually a 3/2. When I booked the description was 4/3 with ocean view. I was later informed there was no ocean view. However I was expecting a 4/3. When I informed the customer service agent Jeremy, I was told that booking.com marketed it wrong. There was no acknowledgement of error from RealJoy

Beautiful property, space for 6 super comfortably. Easy access to gate & pool

The pictures are deceptive: we thought we were renting the house picture ON the beach. It’s a high rise condo overlooking the house and the beach is on the other side of the house
