I loved the staff. they were always on task. Amazing price and location, with gas stations, restaurants and pharmacies close by. The lobby, breakfast and pool area were pretty clean and organized. The room was clean and spacious.

The air conditioning was leaking on room 603 badly. It cause my friend an my fiancée some respiratory irritation. The carpet remained wet the whole time.

The property was very clean. The most recent reviews made us worried before traveling but we were definitely happy when we arrived.

Housekeeping needs to leave the correct amount of towels for the amount of people staying in the room.

Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. I had pre-selected/requested a crib before our arrival, but it was never placed in the room. I even reminded the staff about the crib when I checked in early around 8 AM. We left and returned to the hotel around 6 PM, and the crib was still not there. I had to ask again, and it then took over an hour for it to finally be delivered. The AC was also a major issue. The temperature could only be adjusted using the controls on the wall unit, and even with the AC set continuously to 60°F, the room would only cool down to around 74°F according to the wall thermostat. It never seemed to cool the room properly. On top of that, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Overall, between the crib being forgotten despite requesting it ahead of time and reminding staff at check-in, the AC not working properly, and the uncomfortable bed, the stay was much less comfortable than expected.
