The location was perfect, in a quiet part of the old town but close to the centre. The room was very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was great, with a freshly cooked hot breakfast along with bread, pastries, cakes, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and so on. And best of all, the staff were excellent - all very friendly and ready to help.
The only negative was the bathroom. It was large, fully fitted and, like the bedroom, perfectly clean. But, bizarrely, the door was clear glass, ie fully transparent. So whoever was in the bedroom had a clear view of whoever was using the bathroom. This is just weird.
When we mentioned this at checkout we were told that the hotel recognised the issue, and could have fitted a curtain if we had requested it. For us this was too late, but others may want to do this.

Every detail was perfect. Simple and elegant, bed was comfortable, room was spacious. The breakfast was incredible and had lots of choices, food was fresh and made to order. Staff was overly helpful in making reservations, answering questions and helping with restaurant recommendations in other towns we visited.
Air conditioning never cooled below a certain temperature

Francesco and the team couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The hotel location is superb and it offered everything we needed for a great stay in Lecce which is a fabulous city! Breakfast was excellent on the roof terrace and all of our engagement with the hotel before and during our stay were managed efficiently removing any stress or complications
