Kona Kai was an absolute dream! The location was central to everything and the staff was so wonderful!

room was clean & spacious, peaceful location on the water with free kayaks and paddleboards for guests to use

The location was good. And the property offered kayaks and paddle boards free of charge. The pool was also nice and well Maintained.
Rooms could have been more updated. Although it said a queen bed it really was not seemed very small and not very comfortable. The hot tub was broken and we were not told about it upon check in. The resort was billed as an adult only and there was a family with two small children staying. Also there is a large population of iguanas. So they were around every corner as well as by the pool. Making it very hard to relax. They did not shy away from humans which was uncomfortable to say the least.
