Its modern, clean, great views, and located in the heart if Palm Springs.

I thought the bed was not comfortable.

Dining choices and meal selections in the hotel were limited.

it was in a beautiful location & the facilities were incredible.

Polite and accommodating staff, beautiful room, and great pool area.

Fees for incidentals add up quickly.

It was the best hotel I’ve been to I loved the location the views the surroundings the cleanliness the style the staff the snacks!

The view from our room was overlooking the parking lot. What a pity but the hotel was rather nice.

The location was excellent and allowed us to comfortably stay for 4 days without the need of a car. The rooftop pool and food/beverage service was very nice.

Great location. We were visiting a friend who lives in PS so it was very convenient to spend time together. The rooftop pool and lounge were a real treat.

blackouts were not fully closing the window it was way too loud, they even had a sound machine built into the cabinet

Breakfasts was awful. Delivered in styrofoam. They were out of french toast and orange juice at 9:30.

They were out of blankets!! The throw rugs were frayed at the corners. There was no table in the suite, just a ridiculously tiny coffee table. Photo shows my husband trying to eat his breakfast at it. There was no closet…just 5 hooks. The phones were faulty and one lamp was dead. We paid $1800 for one night.

location , size of the rooms and the hotel was comfortable

there was a odour coming from the bathroom. smelt like a sewer . we complained about it and they came to pour some deodorizer down the drain . Even the maintenance person was surprised how bad it was but nobody else followed up on it . We complained again but no response . This hotel was too expensive for this lack of response or action. on the day of check out when we were asked how was everything we mentioned it again and the only response we got was “ oh well that’s too bad that happened “
