Overall, the room was spacious. The bed and sheets are super clean. It also wasn’t terribly noisy even though it was pre-July 4th weekend. We also enjoyed the outside spaces the hotel provided - pool was big, seats were always available & the patio was beautiful at night. There is a beach 3 minutes by foot which was convenient since we traveled with a 10 month old baby. Everyone was also super accommodating and nice.

Bathroom was outdated - rust in the tub and really old moldy caulk. There no microwave in the rooms or anywhere in the hotel for guests. The room I stayed had a toe nail therefore the rooms are not cleaned as well as they should.

Run down. Falling apart. No wifi.

We absolutely loved Haven. It is away from the business of downtown. Close to Gossman's Dock which is still somewhat of a hidden gem. Large, Clean rooms. Beach access, free parking, free bike rentals, walking distance to goldbergs. Perfect for our pet! No complains and will definitely be back!

Front desk staff were soooo helpful! (Thank you, Coco, for all your recommendations, bringing us ice and pillows, and for setting the fire pit on Thursday night!!) The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable (it was very low, which originally worried me, but I felt like I was in my own bed at home with my own mattress!)

Only thing to note is the water pressure from the sink in Room 8 was too strong, As soon as the water turns on it comes flying out at high speed and inevitably, you get wet! It might just need a washer but thought I should share so it can be fixed!

Scooter the cat! he came into our room at one point and I couldn’t be happier. adorable! The room was standard for what you can expect, the bed and pillows were comfortable. overall a good experience nice location close to Tony’s for meals and a few restaurants. Close drive into town. Nice fire pit

there were a few younger crowds of girls carrying on at 2am but it’s Montauk, to be expected. walls are paper thin and you can hear everything all hours of the night. it was a bit chilly for the pool but it was closed for maintenance. Could have went in during day time hours Saturday but it was being painted. they did let us know ahead of our trip and offered free cancellation or 30% off.

Location,Location !!! Could easily walk to places nearby, the are free bikes to use in the property. The pool was under construction but I can say the rooms were super clean !

People on the top floor marching around 1-2am in heels woke us up. No sound proofing with tile floors. No closet or hooks for hanging things.

Apples, bananas,coffee and water offered in mornings. Maybe some muffins would be a nice addition. Pretty clean.

2Bedroom apt with kitchenette. That's a little misleading. Its just a single hot plate like burner. Couldn't even cook scrambled eggs on it. No microwave. No oven. And a college dorm size "refrigerator". Also no screens on windows. Had to open window in bathroom for air and all kinds of bugs got in. We didn't think full size beds are goid for two people.

Great location off the beaten path. Super private and safe. Really really helpful staff, and loved that they let me stay on the property well after checkout and leave the car.

For me this was about the bed and room darkening shades. I took a solo staycation; my bed at home is newer (this had squeaky springs) and I have nicer sheets. The shutters are super quaint but no room darkening option meant I was up at 6:30a with the sun.

They told me breakfast was at 7:30am for coffee, yogurt, cereal etc. no one was the at 7:30am or 8am or 8:15 am. We knocked at the front door and there was one man in there and he wouldn’t open the door even though I tried checking out. Room had musty smell, bathroom was outdated. Tv doesn’t work unless you use your own streaming.
