Our modern, comfortable room had an incredible view. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool was huge! Easy walking distance to everything.

Staff attitude, supposedly hotel policy.
On Booking.com, the price for a Club room for two adults and one adult plus one child age 12 was the same. The club room staff and manager tried to charge me more for two adults. I had to argue for nearly an hour to convince them it was not so. Then they said it was Booking.com’s mistake, but out of the goodness of their heart they decided to waive the extra charges! WTF!
Another example: tea and coffee was provided in the room, but no fresh milk. When we asked for fresh milk, we were told that would constitude room service, and there would be a charge for the milk!!
This hotel nickels and dimes guests!
The food in the club lounge was ho-hum. Sometimes food left over from afternoon tea was left for there fir evening happy hour from 5 pm to 8 pm.
