Great central location, easy to move about in old town. Host was easily contactable too which was great when we couldnt initially locate the place when we arrived sweaty and exhausted off a ferry to Dubrovnik

It is up 3 flights of stairs, which got annoying even with 3 young "fit" women. Apartment isnt the best signposted either. The fridge didnt seem to be working properly and didnt cool things sufficiently the entirety of our stay although host did attempt to resolve before we left. The apartment is rather dated, and the AC wasnt the most powerful. The shower/bath situation made it difficult to use without flooding the bathroom! Maybe a shower curtain/partition may be a good idea? Whilst I also appreciate Croatia isnt exactly cheap, nor will accommodation in Old Town be cheap, it is far too expensive for what it is. Nothing on the host at all, just wouldnt stay again.
