The staff was nice
We had to buy our own toilet paper if we ran out

The cleaning the chairs were out dated and VERY Dirty we used towels to cover them up which meant we went and brought our own because the towels were no long white they were beige Not good at all

The view was beautiful!
Everything was terrible about this property! Dripping faucet, blood stains behind door in rear room, dings on walls that clearly need to be repaired and painted, mattress made it from hell, better option is to sleep on floor, bug on refrigerator water dispenser, and to top it off my husband is allergic to cats and the moment we walked into the door we he had an allergy attack!! ( no pets allowed , so they say!!) I took lots of pictures I will send it to their corporate office! Also, my husband and myself work all the time, we had not taken a vacation in over 7.5 years!!

Location was at the heart of PCB, couldn’t have gotten closer to the local action and food.
Stayed on the 19th floor and the elevator was broken. Sink in bathroom did not drain, shower door was broken and didn’t close completely which meant showers also filled bathroom with water. The bed had a dip in the middle that prevented sleeping flat and hurt the back, and the building and street run off flows out onto the beach at the back of the hotel. Someone also started patching holes in the walls but didn’t finish so lots of patch work going on that detracts from the look of the room.

Spacious and nice view.
A lot of Wall outlets didn't work. Coffee maker, dryer and toilet in one of the bathrooms didn't work.

Staff was super helpful and building, in general, was great! Nice place with a great view. Met expectations and staff friendliness exceeded expectations.
The condo/apartment was clean and well kept with two bathrooms. There is only one actual bedroom and I think that is important to note. The twin bunk beds are in the main hallway of the room and the couch bed in the living room of course. The king bed in the master bedroom was comfortable enough and that bathroom had a spacious walk in shower. The appliances were nice as well. There is a grill on the balcony but I did not use it.
Overall I liked this place and it met my expectations on the whole so these are just constructive criticism:
Going from the parking garage to the rooms are a bit of a chore but that's just how the building is arranged. There are 2 elevators to the rooms and they are very busy so expect there to be a bit of a wait during busier hours. If you're a patient person this likely won't bother you but I could see how it could.
My particular condo/apartment had a couch that I didn't feel was comfortable and was pretty worn down but I wasn't trying to only stay in the building the entire time so it didn't bother me. If I wanted to stay in it would. The toilets are low rise. This is being picky because I am taller but I could see it being difficult for some.
The grill on the balcony definitely could use more detailed instructions for those not more mechanically inclined but that aside it was a nice feature/option!
Dresser / night stand drawers were tricky. A couple need repair. Other minor cosmetics issues throughout but nothing beyond a quick fix.

Only one elevator was working. The snack/ drink restaurant had irregular hours.
