Beautiful facilities and close to Encore and location was great!
The bath tub didn’t drain so when we showered it would fill up with dirty drain water.

The rooms were nice. I think the free breakfast was nice. The staff when I spoke to them were extremely courteous and nice. I like that the resort is close to just about everything.
I didn't like that there was no information in the room advising you about the housekeeping not coming into the room the whole time you are there unless you request it. I had to approach the housekeeping staff while they were cleaning another room to get some more toilet paper and towels about halfway through the stay. I was disappointed that we had to cut our stay a day early due to the leaking pipes.
