I really liked that is close to the bars, clubs, and restaurants! The room was clean and nice.

Everything else was good, but the main reason why I chose this hotel was because of the jacuzzi and pool. My cousin and I were so excited to get in the jacuzzi, but then when we asked the front desk person, he told us that they had taken it out and the pool was out of service. I would of given a 10 but we really wanted to get in the jacuzzi so overall was a 7 and 8. If you guys can please update your page that would be helpful for other people to know about the pool and jacuzzi! Thank You.

the customer service was solid yet I’m bi lingual so it helped the location was 4 blocks from the middles of the city so you have a safe place to park and walk around.

they seemed understaffed I also mentioned the water water not working for my shower but they didn’t check or offer another room 🤷🏽‍♂️

The location was great and staff very friendly.

Room has to be updated. Toilet was not working properly and took over 20 minutes to get warm water to shower.

I like how it is clean and it is nice! felt safe with security guard service was excellent, all 3 different front desk people were all welcoming and nice loved the hot shower

The pools were not heated

My most concern is about the IRRESPONSIBILITY in the office they LOSTED my Driver License I called them a lot of times and promised to send my D.L my mail but I never received I go back to the Hotel a month later and FERNANDO, GERENTE OF THE HOTEL TOLD ME THAT HE SENT IT BY MAIL BUT I RECEIVED IT. THIS HAPPENED 3 MONTHS AGO. JUST BE CAREFULL TO FORGET YOUR PERSONAL DOCUMENTATION
