Enjoyed the view of the lake, which is why we booked here. Also enjoyed the spacious apartment size, and the cleanliness and comfort of this property. Enjoyed the sunny aspect, with balcony and chairs. Very friendly and helpful host. Parking is undercover. Great walking proximity to beach, cafe, and lake walk. We are repeat visitors and will return again!

Exiting the driveway to head into town can be a little tricky, on a fairly busy 80km road during the day. Parking can be a little tight, if you're a allocated a bay next to a 4WD or large SUV, though there seems to be outdoor extra carparks. Checkout is 9.30am; a bit earlier than some other places. Not a central property in terms of Main Street shopping (unless you're up to a 20 min walk).

Nice view and v close to beach and a bit of bush too. upgraded to penthouse which was fabulous. next to airport but not noisy as only tiny amount of flights.

Lovely large apartment with a nice view of the water. 2 lounges, dining table & nests of tables, with room to spread out. Great master bedroom with lovely ensuite & plenty of hot water. Good parking & close to Merimbula's main areas & beautiful beaches etc.

2nd bedroom was a bit cool with no heating in Winter. However, both bedrooms had electric blankets, which was nice.

Very accommodating hosts. Rooms were spotless, very good value for money. We will be back.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Great location, the room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Light inside need updating not bright enough,need to get rid of the yellow tones. Also need a fan in all bathroom.

Access & Location were perfect to all facilities that Merimbula had to offer..

super clean, spacious apartments with lake view and sunny aspect. Lots of fresh air through sliding doors along balcony. Light and airy. Large clean pool area with tables and chairs. Walking distance to beach and local cafe. Very comfy beds and great hot shower. 😀

Undercover car parking would be tight in peak periods; though there seems to be a few extra parks available out of cover.
