Excellent location, right on the beach. Lovely sunsets. Small, very friendly hotel. Sadly this place is scheduled to be torn down in May and rebuilt.
A few items needed updated. But, owner won't be updating anything prior to the demolition. Still plenty nice for a lovely beachfront stay.

Reminder myself and my husband of family trips that we both went on when we were children. It was relaxing and quiet.
Remodeling the rooms. Believe it or not I was thinking about the colors and what could work with each room.

Bathroom tub was really worn and not maintence well. Shower head needs to be replaced.

The frequent sirens from the frequent emergency vehicles on Gulf Blvd made for very noisy moments

The staff was excellent, the facility is clean.
Very outdated, TV remote batteries were dead so we couldn’t watch anything. Other than that - it was a very nice stay.

It is old, so if you require fancy, this isn't the the place for you.
The pool was cold. I don't believe that it was heated.

I loved staying here. It was clean and the whole facility was well organized. The grill, soda machine and washer/dryer need repair, but overall it was a great experience staying here. The staff was awesome!

Honestly we can't complain about anything. The staff is ALWAYS GREAT!! The rooms are clean, and it is just an all around great place to stay.

The location of this property was amazing! Right on the beach, on Gulf Blvd. Short little walk away is a liquor store, gas station and a Walgreens. This resort definitely has the old Florida vibe, and we all really enjoyed it! There is some construction going on next door, but it didn't bother us at all. We will be back for another ladies get away as soon as life allows it! The staff is also amazing and very friendly! All around one of the best stays we've had in Treasure Island. p.s. we didn't get a rental and utilized the the free island hoppers that are down there, I highly recommend this, they work for tips only, so be generous! Way cheaper than an Uber or Lyft and 100% of the money given to them is theirs!

Clean and location
Needs to be updated badly. After 30 + years it still has some of the same furniture, bathroom tile etc. Has window ac that is so loud you can’t hear the tv unless you turn the volume way up. Gate broken at pool. Building needs painted, soffit needs repair and the grounds need to be weeded and the shower where you are suppose to rinse off at the beach doesn’t work. Needs a whole facelift.

very roomy and clean!! The staff Cindy was awesome she went above and beyond to make our stay great. she helped me before I booked and while I was there with my granddaughter’s.
I wish the walk to the beach was a little closer with having 2 toddlers

I liked that there was only 5 rooms booked made it feel like no one was there and I was able to smoke weed while I cooked on the grill

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The manager Cindy was very friendly and professional.
Ther were several drug addicted women staying at the motel. They were friendly, but constantly asking for a cigarette, having visitors either dropping off or buying drugs.

It was great place maybe not some place I would take my wife for a week nothing against The Arvilla Motel. It was perfect for me and a friend to spend a couple of days play golf and have dinner. Place was clean staff and guest where friendly location was good would stay again no questions asked.

it’s a older hotel but very clean for us it was just a place to sleep on a stop over so we really didn’t get to use the facilities we checked in at 8 PM and left at 4 AM in the morning. The beds were comfortable
