The clerk was extremely kind and helpful.
There was no breakfast, no ice machine, and the sodas in the vending machine were not very cold. The ice cube trays in our room were empty - which I understand from a cleanliness issue - but we had no way to even have ice cold water.

I liked the parking, that is about all.
The immense bleach smell in the room. The thin mattress with prison-like sheets. Having perhaps a backup blanket or sheets somewhere would have been nice. The bathroom was disgusting and once again overly bleached, the water pressure was low and the light would flicker on and off.

Dripping all night kept us awake , the hot water was nil to none pressure wise , the bed was uncomfortable, there was no utensils in the room , the only reason we stayed was we were attending a funeral early the next morning and the church and the funeral home was very close by - if not we would have left it was not worth the money maybe 45$ a night not 125

Convenient location. Check in was easy. Staff was pleasant enough. AC worked fine. Room was clean.
The water pressure was horrible. The previous occupants' used soap was still in the shower. The bed was too close to the wall and I had to climb over my hubby or slide to the end of the bed to get out of it. The bed was uncomfortable and looked like one of those modern cheap beds you would have in a teenager's room, the one with no box spring. The sheets didn't fit properly and kept coming off. There was no blanket, and the bedspread was as thin as a sheet. The toilet paper had to be THE THINNEST ONE-PLY I've ever seen/used. The exhaust fan made constant noise even when off and there was so much dust on the cover I don't think it had ever been cleaned.

Too much light in the room at night. The room faces the outside light. Too much light. Need black out drapes or a shade to make the room darker.

Didn’t even want to take the remiss after how disgusting my room was.
Nothing was clean. Stains on everything. Glitter all over the desks. Had an awful smell. Luckily I got back to the hotel late from work and was too tired to do anything about it.
Truly hope this places changes. Absolutely gross.

Had a charger issue and they said is not related to them Booking.com pays them and they got the money but wend it comes to refund they act like it had nothing to do with them. How can Booking.com give me refund for something that have to do with the Hotel I know if they didn’t get pay I can stay in the hotel is not a public hotel is it 😡
