The location was great since we arrived by train and Metro, and it was walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. The room was nice and simple, and the beds were comfortable. The front desk agent was very nice and we had a nice chat about the area when we checked in.

There were a few things that needed attention, such as the curtain covering the window near the ceiling that someone had torn off and the streetlight leaked in from outside at night, and the toilet flusher button was broken and kept popping out, but the flushing mechanism did work. We could hear our neighbor's phone alarm go off at 4am and another guest talking on his phone in the hallway very loudly at 6am, so no sound proofing or dampening. The bathroom door has gaps on the bottom and the closing side, so you don't have complete privacy.

The location and value for money are definitely the biggest advantages. The room itself, although quite small, was exactly what I needed, comfy bed, clean bathroom, and not a lot of noise coming from the outside.

At the last day of our stay internet connection has interrupted but the problem was based on the internet company.

There was no day light, although in room photos it was showed as bright place with day light. Even with the lights on it was not bright enough. Also when we came there was some black dust all over the floor. And the bathroom door has no sound protection at all. It is so cold in the bathroom and in the room, even with the heater on.

The customer service was the worst I’ve experienced in my life. It all started when i had to postpone my reservation dates since my boyfriend’s visa got postponed. i emailed the hotel asking them to postpone the dates, Adina the front desk person answered me and said yes its possible to change my reservation dates if I answer her back within 3 days maximum. so i directly in the same day i sent her another email with our new dates. I got not reply. so i sent the first follow up email. still no reply. so i sent a second one, that’s where she answered back and told me its too late, because in her opinion I didn’t abide by the 3 days period they gave me. although I showed her proof and screenshots of all emails ive sent. she decided to neglect them. so i had to come without my boyfriend. since September 16 till 28th i was asking her to give me the manager’s number so i can inform him about the situation we were facing. all what she was saying is that he cannot call you, he doesn’t have a phone. she told me that i should wait for him to come to the hotel, and she’s not sure about the time he will pass by. I refused to wait for him since i was on a vacation and i cannot waist the whole day waiting for him. in addition, i wanted to review this bad experience i had with this hotel. and when i went through Booking.com application i was surprised to see that my reservation status was cancelled as market as no show. they did that to make sure that I cannot review them. so that’s why I contacted Booking.com to inform them about the problem.

Clean, good location.

You should understand that allll of you in the same room, almost every sound from the room can hear people outside and everything outside you can hear in the room, so if somebody came lately you may wake up.

Walls are thin. They also charged my card in my local currency instead of Euros and their card processor added an unnecessary 3.5% fee when I specifically have a credit card without fx fees.

room is quite small. Too noisy bathroom door. I was surprised that there weren’t even a glass. Be ready that you don’t have a shampoo, only body soap. Maybe this all included in more expensive rooms

Room a little small and I knew there was no fridge in room but in this heat even a small communal fridge to put 1 drink would have made the stay more perfect!

Great location, a 10 minute walk to the beach and great bars and restaurants just downstairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage there after check out until it was time for our train. Room was big, modern and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids.
