Expensive for no pool or hot tub/amenities. Very minimal supplies. (Garage disposal/sink needed cleaned). No simple easy instructions/check list to follow, (especially when leaving) right in front of binder. Difficulty with Vacasa in booking, communication

Loved the location, unit was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Lots of towels, blankets and pillows, no complaints!

Bathroom sink stopper was broken so water didn't drain properly. Other than that, we loved this place. Can't wait to return,

The unit is lovely and well furnished. Although there was no coffee or filters on our stay. It has a clear view of the ocean with easy access and it is very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in.

It is listed as pet friendly but, thanks to the neighbor, it isn't. There are several signs throughout the property warning guests about more than one dog,noise in the adjoining bedroom, leaving the pet alone, etc. Doesn't feel welcoming with all the rules posted so prominently. I understand the plight of the host, just know its real if you have a pet. The fees for rental, cleaning etc are more than the nightly cost of the room. So read the fine print before booking Finally, Vacasa was really hard to deal with. They sent a rental agreement without a signature line. I repeatedly contacted them and they continued to request a signature up to the date of arrival. We didn't know if we would be able to get in the apt even though we had fully paid. Finally, the team on text, sent us a new agreement with the signature line Really frustrating!!

Great location, excellent beach access. Condo is cozy and perfect getaway for 2. Not overly fancy, but very quaint, clean, and well equipped.

Unit is half updated, some old and some new. Some minor things didn't work or were broken, but easy enough to make do.

it was clean, quiet, close to beach. the view was lovely. it was close to local attractions.

the WiFi was terrible.
