good location breakfast was good- lots of options staff was friendly and helpful pool area was clean and nice- lots of towels available provided extra linens and rollaway bed as requested plenty of lobby space to hang out in

Not to lock the rooms right at check out time- I was loading the car up and the door locked not allowing me to get back in to get the last suitcase however, a woman was cleaning down the hall and was friendly and let me back into the room

Breakfast was hot and fresh. Coffee was the best I've had at a hotel!

I made the reservation for my 20 year old son. This was the his first time starting in a hotel by himself. He loved the experience, appreciated a great room with a great location. And most importantly (for me) is he felt safe! Thank you!

The breakfast was good except for the sausage. It seemed very fatty and greasy. Room was very clean.

I reserved a superior suite, because I had 6 people in my party. When I got there, they said there were no more suites left and we would have to pay normal price for 2 rooms. There was no discount offered for the inconvenience this caused us. Money was an issue for some of us, that is why we decided to split a suite in the first place. We ended up cramming into one room with 2 beds and a roll away. Again, no discount was offered for our inconvenience, or anything else. I booked this a week ahead and expected a suite when I got there, but there wasn't one. I was very irritated and upset. I will be putting a bad review online.

It may seem odd, but one of the things I was so impressed with - besides the cleanliness - was that the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion were in a tamper proof device. Super impressed that attention to detail.

The handicap room was at the end of the hallway instead of near the elevator. I do not need a wheelchair, but I walk with a limp. So it seemed like a long walk.

The front desk staff in the evening was great! The room was amazing and very spacious. The breakfast was really good as well.

There were 3 adults, a newborn and a 16 month old in the same room for all 3 day's. Our room was not cleaned 1 time. I literally went to get the vacuum and trash bags and cleaned it myself. I had to take the trash out and continuously get more towels. Our trash was filling up with baby diapers, our toddler was being a toddler and a little messy but nothing was ever wiped down nor were bed clothes changed. We were in town after a 25 hour drive for our son's wedding. This really did bum us out and made things more stressful than it should have been. We checked out on Sunday morning and of course it was busy. We waited for food to be refilled for over an hour and by the time it started to clear out they stopped putting food out so we weren't even able to eat what we wanted. I thought that was pretty unfair. We didn't just go last minute expecting them to make everything fresh for us either. I love IGH hotels and thought this would be one less thing to stress about and give me more time to focus on my son's wedding.
